Reverend Donald Forbes and a ghostly story

Rev Donald Forbes was born in Strathglass in 1789 died at Bunroy on the 13th November 1878 aged 89 and is buried in Cille Choiril. We think the letter below could possibly be related to Fr Forbes??? Mrs MacDonell did receive a copy of the photo and we hope to find it in among her papers and documents.
